Our Destination...
Lake Murray, Oklahoma Buzzard's Roost Lodge
We made it to the cabin and we were excited to see it was huge. I call it a lodge not a cabin. We had lots of room for everyone!!!
We had even more room outside. We had our own private dock and lots of room to roam around.
The kids had lots of fresh air and sunshine the whole week!!! It did rain one morning and sprinkled on our last day, but we didn't mind one bit!
Sara was in Heaven. She played hard and had a great time.

We had a lot of fun activities...horshoes, fishing, kayaking, frisbee's, kites, walking, hiking, shooting peas with a slingshot and many other cool things.

We went for a walk around the park in search of Sara's "Toe-Bears." She was sure to find one! We did see deer crossing the road with us. Three deer even walked up to our camp while we were playing horeshoes.

Price-less!!
Ryan felt at home, baby gate and all.

Ryan had so much fun running around and exploring outside.

Charles took all the kids out in the kayak. Even Ryan! Kevin took it out all by himself. I can't believe how old he is getting. I am happy to report no one was dumped into the lake.
We had a rough start this year(I know it is only March). This trip was exactly what the doctor ordered. No laundry, no hum-drum schedules! Enjoying the outdoors was the perfect thing!
The Cooper's made it even more special!

Everyone is trying to put on a smile because they don't want to go home, yet. I am always the only one ready to come home before our "vacations" are over. But we all had a great time! We are trying to figure out what we want to do next!!!
