I am almost positive I have been to every single parade(minus only two, possibly three in the past 32 years. ANd I do believe that in those 30 something years the parade was never late. This year, hoever, the parade was delayed over an hour. Not exactly sure, yet, of the cause other than a train that came thru town and decided to break down right in the middle of town. This caused a number of traffic headaches. The town, and possibly parade, was re-routed. Just a little past an hour after parade start time, the parade was finally underway, which was acknowledged by the entire town clapping while the train finally made it's way out of our sight and out of town. But it was a great parade, none the less.
